Biosciences PhD Student Wins Best Oral Presenter Award at International Conference
Ms Lim Su Wen, who is the National Science Fellowship (NSF) scholar and PhD student under the supervision of Dr Sandy Loh in the School of Biosciences has won the Best Oral Presenter award at the 2nd International Conference of Life Sciences (ICLS) which was held at Malang, Indonesia from 14 to 16 July 2012. Her presentation was judged and placed at the ‘Top 3’ out of 43 oral presentations in the event. Her title was “Combinatorial Application of Vitamin E Isomers and Acalypha wilkesiana Fractions: A Potential Anticancer Therapeutic Candidate”.
