Asgar Ali: Edible coatings keep fruits and vegetables fresh

As a broadcast network established since 1991, EarthSky has become a pivotal tool in advocating science and sharing ideas and strategies. Recently a special series of interviews has been developed by EarthSky titled ‘Feeding the Future’, focusing on the latest in science and technologies for ensuring safe and sustainable supply of food.
