NUBS Malaysia's International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (ICCSR) and Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV), both institutions of which are signatories to the UN-PRME* (NUBS is also a UN PRME Champion School), held an inaugural research roundtable on topics related to sustainability in business on 15 September 2021.

The virtual event was opened by the Director of IIMV, Professor M. Chandrasekhar, and 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ of Nottingham Malaysia Vice-Provost for 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ & Knowledge Exchange, Professor Andy Chan. NUBS Malaysia Dean Dr Lau Chee Kwong delivered the closing remarks. The roundtable's co-organisers and moderators were NUBS Malaysia 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ Director, Dr Mohan V. Avvari, and IIMV Chair of International Relations, Dr Amit Chakrabarti.

The session revealed various complementary areas for collaborations amongst the two institutions in the realm of sustainability and responsible business, including marketing, consumption and customer engagement; governance, national culture and innovation; regional institutions and entrepreneurship; and environmental/climate action issues. NUBS Malaysia looks forward very much indeed to working together with colleagues at IIMV.
