NUBS Malaysia Executive Education gives back, in training programme empowering women

Held on 7 February 2020 at Le Meridien Putrajaya Hotel - who jointly sponsored the programme - academics from the Business School delivered training on the topics of humanising governance and incorporating values in daily life, personal financial planning and time management, as well as a primer on investing and starting a business in Malaysia. The programmes were conducted by Director of Executive Education Dr Angelina Yee who is also Associate Professor of Accounting, and Assistant Professor Dr Jayalakshmy Ramachandran.

She added: “The genuine care and concern exuded by the speakers made the entire experience all the more memorable.”
Dean of NUBS Malaysia, Dr Lau Chee Kwong said: “I am delighted that we have had the opportunity to organise this training programme with the sponsorship of Le Meridien Putrajaya Hotel. As a UN PRME (United Nations - Principles of Responsible Management Education) Champion business school, we feel that it is important to contribute to the betterment of the communities around us. We look forward to organising more such community initiatives in the future.”
