Biography

My teaching and research interests are in Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Leadership and Public Sector Management. I have obtained more than 15 research grants, presented in more than 70 national and international conferences, published more than 100 articles in national and international referred journals.

1. Teaching: have taught at all levels i.e. undergraduate and postgraduate
2. Supervision: graduated 16 PhDs, 3DBAs, 60 MBAs and 20 MSc students
3. Consultancy: secured number of consultancy projects on strategic human resource management and strategic management with private and public sectors.

5. Training: involved in corporate training for the past 20 years on leadership, talent management etc.
6. Senior Auditor for Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) under the Ministry of Higher Education
