Tengku Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Ahmad Rithauddeen Sports Complex, it is designed to support all levels of fitness and interest, from casual workouts to competitive training.

Swimming Pool
Take a refreshing break at our 25-metre swimming pool (1.2–1.5m depth), perfect for training, cooling down after classes, or simply relaxing with friends. For your safety, solo swimming is not permitted, and while lifeguards may not always be on duty, we encourage you to enjoy the pool responsibly.
