Biography
Dr Shi-Hui Cheng is currently an Assistant Professor in Human Nutrition at the School of Biosciences, 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ of Nottingham Malaysia. She obtained her PhD in Nutrition Sciences from Universiti Putra Malaysia and completed Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ of Nottingham. She is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy, United Kingdom. She is a life member for Nutrition Society of Malaysia and an ordinary member for Malaysian Dietitians' Association. She has two years of teaching experiences in International Medical 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ before joining 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ of Nottingham Malaysia
