Official communications to staff and students are sent to 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ email accounts. The format of 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ email addresses is:
- Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate students: username@nottingham.edu.my
- Staff and associates: firstname.lastname@nottingham.edu.my
Accessing your email
Log in to Outlook Web Access:
- Go to email.nottingham.edu.my
- Enter your 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ username and password
The username field must be in this format: username@nottingham.edu.my
Staff should primarily access their email account from a Windows-based computer using Microsoft Outlook but can also use Outlook Web Access via a web browser.
Connecting your devices
Should you wish to configure other devices (iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.) to connect to your email account, please use the following settings:
Apple iOS (for iPhone/iPad)
- Account type: Microsoft Exchange
- Email address: username@nottingham.edu.my
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- Domain: Nottingham

Android (for tablets/mobiles)
- Account type: Microsoft Exchange
