Pre-arrival information
To assist NEW international students upon their arrival at UNM, please fill in the online Arrival Information Form with all the required information including your flight details.
- You can only submit this form once
- The form should be submitted at least seven working days before your arrival in Malaysia.
- You can only enter via authorised entry points: Terminal 1 or 2.
Airport Pickup
We offer free airport pickup only from Terminal 1 on the dates listed below. If you arrive at Terminal 2, please arrange your own transportation to Terminal 1 to access this service.
- Pick-up Dates : 11th April 2025, 14th April 2025, 15th April 2025
- Pic-up Timing : 11.30am
- Pick-up Location: KLIA 1
Please note:
- Airport pickup will not be available on weekends or public holidays.
- Stay tuned for further updates on available dates and times.
Accommodation
If you are living on-campus, you are advised to email and inform the Accommodation Office about your arrival ( this is very important if you are arriving on weekends, after hours or during public holiday)
If you fail to do this you will need to make your own accommodation arrangements for your arrival in Malaysia. Students staying off-campus should make their arrangements directly with their accommodation provider.
