To assist NEW international students upon their arrival at UNM, please fill in the online Arrival Information Form with all the required information including your flight details.

• You can only submit this form once
• The form should be submitted at least seven working days before your arrival in Malaysia.
• You can only enter via authorised entry points: Terminal 1 or 2.

Airport Pickup

We offer free airport pickup only from Terminal 1 on the dates listed below. If you arrive at Terminal 2, please arrange your own transportation to Terminal 1 to access this service.

1. Pick-up Dates are as below:

• 12th January 2025, Monday
• 23rd January 2026, Friday
• 26th January 2025, Monday
• 27th January 2025, Tuesday

2. Pick-up Timing: 11.00 AM

3. Pick-up Location: KLIA 1 (Terminal 1)- those who are arriving at KLIA 2 please go to KLIA 1 to take up the Free Airport pick-up

Please note: Airport pickup will NOT be available on weekends or public holidays.

Accommodation: If you are living on-campus, you are advised to email and inform the Accommodation Office about your arrival ( this is very important if you are arriving on weekends, after hours or during public holiday)
