Biography

Li Yeun's journey into the world of teaching began with her sights on working with primary school children. After graduation, she found an unexpected vivacity during her experience teaching nursing undergraduates from Masterskill 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ College of Health Sciences. Working with undergraduates reminded her to embrace both the thrills and challenges that educators face each day. For a solid 5 years, Li Yeun worked at a public university, 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ Putra Malaysia (UPM Serdang campus), where she coordinated and taught several English language courses, namely Introduction to Grammar, Report Writing, Oral Interaction Skills, Public Speaking, Academic Writing, and General Writing Skills. During her tenure at UPM, Li Yeun played a pivotal role in designing and facilitating a series of training programmes aimed at enhancing study skills and language proficiency. These initiatives targeted fresh graduates and adult learners, equipping them with essential tools and strategies to excel in their academic and professional pursuits.

While teaching is a worthy profession, Li Yeun pursued her visions to contribute to the functions of a large business consulting organisation as a corporate trainer. Her fortitude enabled her to acquire the experience of conducting end-to-end facilitation to ensure all training programmes meet its objectives and deliver a return on investment. Although the change of pace in the corporate environment proved to be considerably fulfilling, it was the lure of the classroom in 2016 that pulled her into 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ of Nottingham Malaysia.

At present, Li Yeun is instrumental in peer feedback and educational leadership.
