Confidentiality
The university has a policy on disclosure and confidentiality which requires the university to inform students that any data and information collected will be kept confidential. This is communicated to student and staff through Quality Manual and during induction. Any disclosure related to the disability will be kept confidential and will only be disclosed with the students' approval or when it is required by law.
Disclosure
We strongly advice student to disclose their disability before they submit their application form so that we can advice the student accordingly. The Disability Advisory services will contact the student to discuss about the reasonable adjustments based on the recommendation from their medical specialist.
Student are responsible to ensure that the 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ is aware of your disability by alerting the 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ through:
- Direct contact with the Disability Advisory services
- Indicating disability on the application forms, extenuating forms, or graduation forms
- Direct contact with the staff from the school such as your school's Disability Liaison Officer (DLO) or your personal tutor who will need to inform the Disability Advisory services
