Alumni Masterclass series 2017 is back!
Alumni & Donor Relation Office’s signature event – the Alumni Masterclass series is back.
It’s vital for your everyday working life that you master the skill of public speaking and enhance your emotional intelligence in the workplace in order to succeed.
The public speaking masterclass “Picnic with Panic” will be conducted by our talented alumnus Alireza Parpaie wh
o recently graduated from the Engineering Faculty and is well known for public speaking. As a
student, Alireza founded the UNMC Toastmasters Club. Now, he is the founder and trainer of Breezi Speaking – an educational institution which teaches people the art of public speaking. This event will take place on 29 July 2017 at The Kuala Lumpur Teaching Centre (KLTC) as a half a day workshop.
Our second masterclass will be held on 19 August 2017, also at KLTC. As working adults we are required to be more emotionally intelligent than just being intelligent by paper qualifications. The half-day workshop will be conducted by a local professional trainer and we hope that the masterclass will help alumnus in further improving their emotional intelligence and utilize this skill wisely both in personal and professional areas.
We have packaged the 2017 masterclasses within a month from each event, so that alumni can benefit by attending and mastering both the skills simultaneously and then apply them.
The masterclasses will also be a great medium for alumni to network amongst themselves and meet some new friends to expand their social circle.
