*Note: Student presenters must provide a valid student ID upon registration. Group registration applies only when all registrants sign up together in one transaction. The highest eligible discount will be applied, and discounts cannot be stacked or combined.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation on or before 31 March 2025: 100% refund
- Cancellation on or before 14 April 2025: 50% refund
- Cancellation on or after 15 April 2025: No refund
*Note: Cancellation requests must be communicated to the secretariat by e-mail. All approved refunds will be made after the symposium. All bank charges for remittance will be deducted from the refund.
