The School of Politics and International Relations offers an exciting curriculum taught by lecturers with PhDs from leading international universities, including Cambridge, Manchester, Melbourne, Nottingham, and the London School of Economics.

The School has a vision to: 

• create and communicate meaningful knowledge about politics, international relations and international development with a historical emphasis,
• generate knowledge through quality research and scholarship,
• enable learning among our students through a shared process of critical enquiry and reflection,
• consciously  design curriculum with an emphasis on employability of our graduates, 
• aim to inform and influence political debate in areas that the School has expertise – among politicians, policymakers, public service practitioners, social movements, NGOs, and citizens.
