Eligibility Requirements

To apply for the Partner 188体育网址_188体育在线-【唯一授权网站】@ Exchange Programme, students must: 

  • Have completed at least one year of undergraduate study at UNM. 
  • Achieve a minimum average of 60% to qualify. Students taking resits are not eligible for the exchange programme. 
  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate degree programme that is also offered at the host university.

School of Humanities

  • For Year 3 (Three) students applying to go after completing their undergraduate courses at UNM (one-semester only – Autumn Semester).
  • This exchange is applicable to all students under SMLC, including those enrolled in ICS, ICS with Film & TV, ICS with ELL, and ICS with PA. Priority will be given to students taking Korean language modules under the School of Humanities.
  • The minimum requirement is 55% and above. The quota is imposed and determined by the host campus.
  • Students must apply in Year 3 to go after completing their undergraduate courses at UNM (non-credit). The exchange takes place in the Autumn Semester, and students will return for the graduation ceremony in February. In this case, students are required to defer their graduation.

How to Apply 

Follow these steps to apply for the Inter-Campus Exchange Programme: 

Step 1: Pre-Application

 

  • Decide on your preferred campus and intake. Ensure your programme is eligible for exchange at the host campus. 
  • Contact your school’s exchange coordinator to confirm module options and other academic details.  
  • Read the application guidelines carefully to understand the process. 
  • Use a laptop or personal computer to complete the application. Avoid using a mobile phone for better compatibility.
Step 2: Complete the Online Application  

 

  • Log in to the online application portal using your UNM username and password. 
  • Fill in all sections of the application form. 
  • Upload a scanned copy of your valid passport in the required section. 
  • Submit the application before the stated deadline.

Step 3: After Submission
  • Check your UNM email regularly for a confirmation email from the International Student Support (ISS) Team (Ms. Nor – Outgoing Exchange Coordinator) on whether your exchange application has been accepted or declined.  
  • If accepted, you will receive an email with the Acceptance Declaration Form (ADF) and Module Preference Form (MPF). You will also be scheduled for a pre-departure session conducted by Ms. Nor, covering important topics such as visa application, accommodation, submission of MPF and ADF and other related matters. 
  • Additionally, you will receive emails from the host campus. It will help you through the next steps, including the online application, visa application, accommodation arrangements, module selection, and other essential preparations. 
Step 4: Submit Supporting Documents
  • Student Exchange Acceptance Declaration Form (ADF) – to confirm your participation in the exchange programme. 
  • Module Preference Form (MPF) – to indicate the planned modules you will take at the host campus. 
  • Email both documents with the necessary approvals to the International Student Support (ISS) Team (Ms. Nor) by the stated deadline. 
  • If any additional documents are required by the International Student Support (ISS) or the host campus, you will receive an email with further instructions.
